Engineering & Design Services
Luvata’s engineering and design services range from participation in customer design teams to engineering of custom processes, technologies and components. For many products, we also provide design-support tools such as configuration software.
Component Manufactoring
The majority of our customers have historically relied on us for copper and copper-based alloys. Today, copper is still a large share of our business, but we now manufacture components using a wide range of metals including aluminium and stainless steel. Examples include: heat exchanger coils, eCooling assemblies and architectural systems.
Fabricated Metal Products
Our fabricated metal products span an extremely wide range of forms used for an even wider range of applications. These forms include: anodes, rods, profiles, sheets, strips, tubes and wires. Metals used in these forms consist of high-purity copper and various alloys, including advanced superconducting materials. Applications range from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and solar cells to air conditioners, consumer electronics and automotive heat transfer.
