The Competence Center of Plating concentrates Luvata Austria‘s wide experience and knowledge in surface technology. Main focus is to develope custom-made solutions and to support continuous improvement of internal processes. Luvata Austria offers electroplated and reflowed wires in following chemical composition: - Sn100 (max. 0,1% Pb) - SnPb (95/5, 90/10) - SnCu1 - Diffusion barrier layers: Ni, Cu Solderability according to DIN IEC 68/2/20 or customer standards
