Custom Shapes
Custom shapes and profiles are no problem for Luvata. We see custom work as an opportunity to be creative in our problem solving and unique in our capabilities.
A sample, a drawing, or just a description of the desired shape will give our engineers enough starting point to develop the finished product. And while we regularly work (and usually have stocks of) CDA 10100, 10200, 10500, 10700, 11000, 12200, and 15000 alloys, we welcome the opportunity to explore other possibilities for your special drawn shape requirements.
Among the special shapes we regularly produce are commutator bars, channels, rotor bars, holding wedges, step shapes, and trolley feed rail.
