The superior thermal conductivity of copper can be used in many different applications.  One excellent example is the use of micro-alloyed copper for manufacturing moulds for continuous casting of copper, steel and other metals.

We supply moulds for slab, bloom and billet casting, together with a range of Cr and Ni coatings.
