Luvata has manufactured copper cooling elements for flash smelting furnaces more than 25 years and copper cooling elements (copper staves) for blast furnaces since 1997.

We operate in close collaboration with the world’s leading engineering companies, Outokumpu Technology and Paul Wurth.

We have also supplied our cooling elements for many different type of furnaces like precious metals, silicon, lead and slag furnaces. In many of the cases these kind of projects need close co-operations with end users to find out the best possible solutions for each purposes.
