Busbar Components
Luvata produces bus bar components for many of the world’s leading electrotechnical companies. Our components are available in a variety of dimensions and are of a consistent high quality:
- All components are manufactured from the best available oxygen-free electrolytic copper EN CW008A (OF-Cu).
- We produce the raw materials for the components ourselves at one of our local mills, giving us a streamlined and efficient supply process.
- They are made from 100% recyclable copper.
There are a number of stages in the busbar manufacturing process, all of which are carried out at our largest copper semi-product manufacturing plant.

- Cutting to length
- Hole punching
- Bending (including edgewise)
- Insulation with heat shrinkable tubing
- Assembling press nuts and bolts
- Electrolytic plating with tin or silver
- Machining (turning and / or milling)
- Drilling
- Water-jet cutting
- Set packing
