Circles and Squares

Luvata manufactures copper circles and squares for a number of different customers - these make up critical parts in many diverse applications.

Circles and squares are usually produced using a slitting process, but we also use stamping and water cutting if required.

Our circles and squares can be used as a raw material for cylinder cups. These are soft in temper to allow formation by spinning or deep drawing.

• Domestic heating (hot water applications)
• Decorative items (pans, small kitchen accessories, funerary pots, coffee machines, accessories for taps industries)

Copper Circles

Circles produced by shearing are typically used as deep drawn or spinned for hot water applications.

Circles and Squares of copper and brass

From DIAMETER 65 up to 140 from  0.3 up 1.2mm thickness

From DIAMETER 150 up to 200 up to 2mm thickness

From DIAMETER 200 UP TO 800 from 0.3 up to 3mm thickness

Copper Squares

Minimum dimension 150 x 150 mm from 0.5 up to 3 mm thickness and wider up to mm 1000 and 5000 mm long.
