Life's a roller coaster
Our good friend and dear mother, Planet Earth has been supporting life on her surface for about 4 billion years. She's been a generous but tough parent, giving fruit trees and earthquakes; water, oxygen and volcanoes in equal doses. Life has thrived.
In the last 2 million years she's been watching the Humans growing. 35 thousand years ago we started painting on her cave walls. 5 thousand years ago we started exploiting her metals. 300 years ago we had an industrial revolution, 150 years ago our populations started to grow.
Yes, she's given us plenty of challenges along the way, but we've been giving her (and ourselves) plenty of new and very serious ones, too. It's time to make peace.
All over the world, people have realised that our current way of life is not sustainable. People have been finding new ways to sustain our societies and learning better, less wasteful ways of living. Wherever Luvata's technology and problem-solving tradition can help, it IS helping. The future looks promising.
We're not saying it's going to be a smooth ride into the future - it will have its ups and downs, but this is a wonderful world, so hold tight and enjoy the journey!
