CuproBraze

Brazed copper/brass heat exchangers, called CuproBraze®, are an example of the continuous technical development taking place at Luvata. The new generation of automotive heat exchangers has now entered the market.

Fabricated from thin copper/brass strip, these new heat exchangers are more durable and compact than conventional heat exchangers. Setting a new standard, these heat exchangers take advantage of technological improvements.

The CuproBraze® process utilizes an environmental friendly CuNiSnP brazing alloy. Because fluxing stage is not needed, rinsing after brazing, and consequential water treatment, have been eliminated.
