Oxygen Free Copper Overview

Oxygen-free OF-OK® grades are used for the most demanding copper products. Luvata is one of the few producers of oxygen free copper grades.

The most important properties of these coppers are their purity and freedom from oxygen resulting in an electrical conductivity of at least 100% IACS.

When the best properties of copper need to be applied for customers products the natural choice is often one of the OF-OK® grade coppers. The applications range from electrical bus bar systems to low temperature superconductors.

OF-OK® oxygen-free copper and its derivatives form a family of coppers with a combination of high-performance properties.
