Luvata Ohio, Inc. consists of two manufacturing facilities, Formed Products and Copper Rolled Products, located in Delaware, Ohio just north of Columbus. Combined our two facilities employ approximately 250 employees and ship over 36 million pounds of copper products annually.
Formed Products Business Unit
Our Formed Products Business Unit primarily manufactures resistance-welding electrodes, welding accessories and other similar copper formed products. The performance and reputation of Luvata electrodes and welding accessories continues to grow as one of the most respected manufacturers in the industry. In addition to Delaware, Ohio our products are also manufactured in our Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom and Suzhou, China manufacturing facilities to better meet our customer’s needs.

Copper Rolled Products
Our Copper Rolled Products Manufacturing Unit is one of the world’s most comprehensive copper processing facilities capable of converting primary copper cathodes into large, continuous coils of copper. Expert capabilities add value rolling, cold forming, drawing, annealing, plating and die shaving to further enhance the product’s value to our customers. Our products include copper rounds, shapes and profiles, strip, and as-cast wire.
Our technologically advanced MicroMill allows for manufacture of long lengths of alloy strip. With the coils from our MicroMill there are no welds to remove providing the customer improved productivity, yield, and quality.
